Bryan McMichael

Bryan McMichael joined Coherus in 2021 and is currently Chief Financial Officer. Bryan brings over 22 years of experience in various financial and accounting roles, including leadership positions in the life sciences sector. During his tenure at Coherus, he has served in roles of increasing responsibility, and prior to his current role, he served as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Corporate Controller.

Prior to Coherus, Bryan served as Assistant Controller at Gilead Sciences, where he was responsible for overseeing several accounting and financial processes and initiatives. Before Gilead, he served in multiple roles at NetApp, a technology company devoted to intelligent data infrastructure. Prior to NetApp, Bryan began his financial career at PwC (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers) where he spent approximately 10 years in the Audit and Transaction Services practices in the United States and Europe.

Bryan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
