Georgia Erbez

Georgia Erbez has served as a member of our Board of Directors since February 2024. Ms. Erbez is a seasoned financial and operations executive with over 10 years of experience in executive management and 20 years of experience as an investment banker focused on financing and advising life sciences companies. Ms. Erbez is the Chief Financial Officer of Codexis, a leading provider of enzymatic solutions for efficient and scalable therapeutics manufacturing. Prior to Codexis, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Walking Fish Therapeutics, a private B-cell therapy company focused on orphan diseases and oncology. She also served as Chief Financial Officer of Harpoon Therapeutics, a public immuno-oncology company. Ms. Erbez has a BA in International Relations, with an emphasis in Economics, from the University of California, Davis.
